Come and Try Yoga at Sandy

April 11:   We are looking to trial Yoga classes for parents, senior players, and supporters in the off-season. These sessions would be run by Irene Socic, a qualified Yoga Teacher at the Sandringham Baseball Club rooms. The classes will be designed for those new to yoga, as well as those who currently practice yoga. These trial sessions will be free, and held on Tuesday 24th April and Tuesday 1st May, starting at 7pm. The classes will run for an hour.

Feb 27th:   The Sandy Kings defeated St.Kilda Saints in a nail-biting thriller of a Grand Final last Friday night 7-6! Time was called with 2 out and a St.Kilda base runner on 3rd at the bottom of the 4th!
