Junior Program – 2015/16

Welcome to the 2015-16 Summer Season of Baseball with the Sandringham Baseball Club!

The aim of our junior program is to provide a pathway for development for all aspiring baseballers from beginners to advanced players within a structured club environment.

We cater for T-Ball players in the 5 to 8 year age group, at the very beginning of their baseball journey, through to U18 age level, which will be the final year of junior baseball within the Baseball Victoria Junior Competition.

Age levels of U12, U14, U16 and U18 are offered alternative competition levels, dependent on skill levels of the team participating.

With a revised and improved format, the summer season of Junior Baseball will begin on Friday 9th October for T-Ball and Little League Minor, and 11th October for all other Junior age groups

In accordance with new regulations and compliance with Little League International, Baseball Victoria has joined the rest of Australia in charter-based competition.  The Southern Mariners charter, which Sandringham belongs to, comprises of the following clubs:  Bonbeach, Moorabbin, Cheltenham, Springvale, Chelsea and Berwick.
