Senior League Mariners Leave for the Phillippines (and perhaps then the USA!)

July 6th:

The Senior League Mariners leave for the Philippines this week, the goal being to win the Senior League Asia Pacific Championship.

The schedule has been announced, and the Southern Mariners will have some tough competition as they battle for a spot in the Senior League World Series. They start off by playing the Phillipines on Monday 11th July at 12 noon.

Good luck to the Sandy boys, Jai Lyttleton, Josh Meyer, Tim Lane, Jordan Barnett, Jackson Boyd, Harrison Wills and Taj Clayton, and of course Sandringham Junior Coordinator, Rick Wills, the EO of the team.

Winning this tournament has them jetting over to the USA for the Senior League World Series in Bangor, Maine on between 31 July and 6 August.

We will post updates on our website and on our Facebook page at Sandringham Baseball Club Facebook Page.

Baseball Australia will also provide results at: Senior League Asia Pacific Championships
